SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Naomi VanDoren | Adventure Art & Stories! We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Made-to-Order Items: 1-2 weeks to create and prepare for shipping
    • Paper print sizes: 12x16, 18x24, 24x36
    • Mats: TCG gaming playmats 
    • All metal prints
    • All canvas prints
    • T-shirts, mugs
  • In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping
    • Paper print sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20
    • Mats: XL Desk Mats
    • Novels and art books
    • Notebooks, enamel pins, tote bags,
    • All playing cards, MTG cards
    • (When not pre-ordered) Wall Calendars
  • Please note: Processing times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons

 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES*

Domestic (United States):

  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days after processing
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days after processing
  • All orders include tracking numbers sent to your email

International: (pending being added to the shop!)

  • First Class International: 7-21 business days after processing
  • Tracking is provided when available
  • Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees that may apply in your country

PACKAGING

  • Small paper prints are shipped flat in a ridgid mailer. Larger prints are rolled in triangular mailers.
  • Made-to-order items (prints, metal prints, gaming mats, mugs, t-shirts) are created by our trusted print partners and ship directly from their facilities, separate from other items in your order.
  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOST ORDERS

We want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or goes missing:

  • Damaged or incomplete orders: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@naomivandoren.com with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a complimentary replacement.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages returned to us due to the following reasons will require you to cover reshipment costs:

  • Missing apartment or unit number
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Package not picked up from local post office
  • Package abandoned at customs

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!

SIGNED PRINTS

Since our prints are often created by external print partners and shipped directly from their facilities, we're unable to sign prints before shipping. However, I'm always happy to sign items in person at conventions, and I occasionally offer limited edition signed prints and books through special releases.
