Questions about the shop, your order, or the artist?

Shipping

  • All paper prints ship rolled in a rigid mailer, except small 8x10 and 11x14 inch prints, which ship flat.
  • Made-to-order items (prints and metal prints, gaming mats, XL Desk Mats) ship separately from other items. Large prints, metal prints and gaming mats also come directly from the printer.
  • Processing time for made-to-order items is 1–2 weeks.

Signed Prints

  • Because prints are shipped directly from the printer, I can’t sign standard orders.
  • Occasionally, I offer limited signed editions or books.
  • If you see me at a convention, I’m always happy to sign items in person.

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email photos to hello@naomivandoren.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • I’ll provide a replacement and a prepaid return label if needed.
  • Packages returned to me due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed customs, or missed pickup may incur reshipment costs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because items are made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order is placed.
  • If your order is damaged or missing, please reach out and I’ll make it right.

Framing & Display

  • Most prints are standard U.S. sizes for easy framing. [Download my framing guide →]
  • To flatten rolled prints: place the print face down on a clean surface and set books on the corners overnight. Once framed, you won’t notice it was rolled.

  • I’m not taking private commissions at this time.
